Our product is not UL-listed but is UL certified.
Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL) is the main body that approves laboratories like UL, ETL and in our case QAI to test and approve products against standards such as UL 508.

Every UL-listed product is also NRTL listed which is the main source. The only difference between UL v.s. QAI laboratory is an unbelievably high cost of testing otherwise the testing procedures are both identical and approved by NRTL. Because our mission is to “Make Charging Simple” and not more expensive, we chose QAI as a testing laboratory instead of going through UL, and that's why we are not UL-listed but UL certified.
