The LED light of the device is off, what should I do?

If the LED light is off, that means there is no power getting to the device:

Fix #1: Check the breaker. Chances are the breaker has been tripped and needs to be turned back on.

Fix #2:  Contact customer support⁠  so we can remotely check the status of the device by reviewing device logs.
