Users who need to contact Device Managers

If you are a user of a device and have questions regarding a device's accessibility, session pricing and availability, you should contact the device's manager. To find the device manager's information:
  • Log into your user account at  https://my.plugz.io/ 
  • Attempt to activate a device
  • On the device activation screen you should see the device manager's name or title.
  • Click on the contact card icon to find out more information about the manager.
  • An empty contact card means that the manager has not chosen to disclose additional information.
